The Second Album
Lots of changes have been made around here. If you didn't notice I got the archives up and running and I have figured out the Post Title field! :) I just love giving things names that only kinda make sense. I know that's a little weird but I have really taken a liking to the post scripts on the post entries over at penny-arcade. So welcome the new title line...play nice.
Today was the first day back at work since last thursday. This was one of the most relaxing weekends I've had in a long god damn time. Fun birthday action thursday night and saturday afternoon. Hung out with Mike a lot, had a great time. Haven't had more fun on a weekend since I started working at this god-forsaken place. But anyway...it was a VERY refreshing weekend and I have to appologize to anyone that had to listen to me ramble incessantly this weekend. I was VERY excited to get to talk to someone other than kelley or people at work. It has been several weeks since I actually got to have a conversation with more than one person and I get a little carried away...don't worry...I'm about to start taking medication for that.
Anyway...I suppose that I should start giving you the news for the day. I know you are all dying to hear about my deepest emotions and concerns but right now, with no one to talk to but myself these ARE my deepest emotions and concerns.

- VQ cats has a Katamari Damacy comic up today. Pretty funny...and holds a hidden truth: Katamari Damacy is a lot like crack.
- Came across a little "History of Mario" this morning and thought I would share it with you guys. Pretty funny and informative. And it makes me want to buy Yoshi's Island and Paper Mario.
- Over the weekend I found out about a little announcement from Irrational Games. It would seem that their fabulous little masterpiece of a game, System Shock 2, is going to get a spiritual successor. Here are the links: System Shock 2 Retrospective; Bioshock preview. This is seriously going to be an awsome game if they truly make it a spiritual seccessor to SS2. Read all about it in the retrospective. The game was truly a legend. Throw down with some comments if you wanna talk about how badass this is.
- If you're interested in Half-Life 2 at all you will be interested to know that there have been several print publications that have had the chance to actually review the mostly complete version of the game. Check out this list of reviews. If you're curious but don't have the time to click that mouse button the current average is 95.4% from five different mags. Just so you know most of them have been giving HL2 the best score that they have ever given any game.
- Last one for today. Last Friday and Wednesday Penny-Arcade did a little Impressions thing on all the crap they saw about the DS at a recent conference. It's pretty informative and gets me just that more excited about the Nintendo DS.
