The Beauty of The Famed Beauty and The Beast

Hey everyone...this is going to be a lightning post because I have to jump in the shower but I told you I would get this to ya and I did! Sorry it took so long it was raining and overcast for the last week or so and I needed to find time to wash the car. Well, all the conditions were right and I snagged some great pictures! This little car is pretty photogenic...kinda like Kelley!

Evidently Blogger doesn't like me to have up the full sized images. Sorry guys. The pics really do look SOOO much better in the full size.

That's all for me for right now. I'll be back in a bit with more. OH....by the way...old girlfriends having WAY too much fun with current girlfriends is REALLY REALLY weird...

What's in a Name?

Ok...I need a name for the car. I know that you guys haven't seen it (it will be detailed Wednesday (after finals) and I will probably take pictures that afternoon or Thursday) but I'm really at a loss as it will absolutely need to have a name by 5000 miles. I'm about to breach 2000 so we have a while but I am planning a couple last minute road trips this summer. On the current list are these names:

-Tiki God (Great Presidents of the United States song...because of the Fiji Blue color name...thought it fit nicely for some reason)
-Boll Weevil (another presidents song...it's my favorite song so I figured: Why not?)
-Spoon! (Because it's blue...if you don't know where this is from you need to leave this Blog right now!)
-Dog (Awesome character from HL2...starting to sound a little like "DAWG" to me...)

Previously on the list was "Janet" from rocky horror picture show. If you don't know who that is please leave this blog right now. I wanted that name just so I could say "Damnit Janet!" all the time! Kelley Vetoed Tiki God but I put it back no the list because I still think it's a good name and Mike liked it so that's really all I needed. He gets to name my first born too.

In other news: I hung out with Heather Hill pretty much all night Saturday. Little weird, a lot awesome, and YES I told Kelley...sheesh! Like she cares! Anyway...got to hear about what some of my old friends are up to these days. Lots of memories...I really miss those guys a whole bunch and just in case they ever find out about this site: let's give a shout-out!

I wanna shout out to my hommies around the world! Shout out to Carla, McNeff, Urie, Mechlowicz, Janelle, and of course, Allie. Ok if I misspelled your name...blow me...get more famous so that google can actually find you like this spazz. (by the way dude...this is fucking WEIRD!)

Anyway...would love to hear from anyone and everyone I mentioned and didn't mention. Heather has ALL my information but I won't be giving it here because that's a great big internet no-no. I miss you all and do really hope this post finds you healthy but most importantly happy! HELP ME NAME MY CAR!

To Guard One From The Mud

Well the guy just called and I'll be getting my spoiler put on tomorrow and will hopefully have the car back before class tomorrow night...that would be nice. Oh! and my Honda mud guards came in and I put them in last night. Very cool car folks. When I drive especially conservatively I even get 35 miles to the gallon! I just didn't expect to get that close to EPA. During normal driving it hovers around 30mpg which isn't bad...not as great as I would like but not so bad. I expect picts will be up before the weekend (have to borrow the digital camera from Kelley's Mom). I'm sure you can't wait! but really it's just a normal looking 2005 civic.

Preordered my copy of Nintendogs. I'll be getting Miniture Dachshund & Friends so that I can have a Dachshund, a Golden retriever and a beagle. so cute!

Finally have a copy of Constintine and Dead Alive. Can't wait for Sin City to come out.

Been having fun with fold and drop...or Orimado however you want to say it. For those of you that get it down don't forget that as part of the settings you can set the picture that will be BEHIND each window. Try setting it to your back drop...it's pretty neat!

Harry Potter came out while I was freakin out in grad school last week. YES there is a difference between the American and the Canadian/British versions. The British/Canadian versions are printed with 100% recycled materials (you heard right) and the American version was evidently printed by little assholes because they refused to give trees a great big hug and instead cut down several forests to print their books. fuckers.

That's all the news for today...More when I get my car back tomorrow!

Fiji Blue

Well...not dead...just dead tired. I'm making this update to tell you all that I have a new car now and I'll be posting pics of it soon. I haven't decided on a name but I'm leaning towards "Dog" from Half-Life 2 but really I just don't have any real idea what it's going to be called. I purchased a Honda Civic EX Coupe 2005. And it's Fiji Blue. More soon as I get my spoiler put on (monday or tuesday) and get the car detailed and ready for pictures!
