We are Experiencing Technical Difficulties
Hey...my cable modem has been in and out for the last couple weeks and I haven't been about to get a strong enough connection to the internet to actually bother writing in my blog. So this time I typed it out and then cut and pasted it. I'm gonna make this simple.
My first week of school was better than I expected. Currently I don't have a classroom management problem and it's only a matter of time before I get the handle on designing interesting things for the kids to do in my class. That's possitive. Nintendogs comes out either tomorrow or tuesday. I'll be headed there right after work both days just in case they get them early. My dad's dad died yesterday and the funeral is next weekend. I know it's trite but I'm probably going to miss the Aquabats concert that I was looking forward to for the last month and I'll be spending my birthday in Atlanta. None of which I'm happy about least of all my grandpa dying. I was really looking forward to taking Cait and Jared to their first concert. But anyway...it's all irrelevent. I haven't been able to play WoW in WAY too long and I'm just generally bummed. I'm a little worried about my dad as he doesn't handle stuff like this well so I'll be taking care of him all weekend. My parent's dog bit my elderly cat Fuzzball in the face and hurt her pretty bad tonight. I'll be making sure she doesn't die this week while they are in atlanta. Can't wait. Sky High is pretty fucking funny. Bruce Campbell, Dave Foley, and my hero Kevin McDonald are all in rare form in this film even as side characters. Oops..I called this a film....this is definately just a movie but it's a fun one!

The DK Gators to grace the new Mario Soccer game...cool?
Geist should be in stores as we speak by the way. If you own a GC I hear it's pretty damn cool. But what excites me the most is that the multiplayer is frickin sweet :)
Might be worth looking into...gotta love One Piece...
What I bought my DS for...PC Ports...
The Hulk...hmmm...I like smashing stuff in an open world enviroment...maybe it's for me!

Been enjoying my USB flash drive...and I think I'm gonna hit the store and get a bigger one...just for shits and giggles of course...

I'll Put a Glitch in Your System, Bitch!
Hey everyone. Just finished my first day of OFFICIAL orientation. It's a little different than new teacher orientation. They gloss over a lot more and I have to deal with the politics inherent in the school but other than that at least I got a free lunch!
Anyway...I have to turn my computer off because I'm sitting here naked in an amazing thunder storm. I know I have an expensive surge protector...but would YOU risk it? Oh...sorry about that...I'm naked because the run from the school to my car WITH a good umbrella soaked every inch of every article of my clothing. Including getting pools of water in my shoes. So I drove home in my wet underwear and now I'm buck at my desk. Not that you guys needed to know that but I just wanted to emphasize how bad the weather is right now...

The News of Today, Today!
Hey everyone. I just got back from "Fish Camp" with my school. Wow...that was a great idea! I really got the chance to stand around kids and be called sir and have most of the initial weirdness of that just put away. That was nice. And I got to practice not cussing! I did say "Suck" once and made a reference to beastiality....have to work on that. Though if I do say so our colors are pretty kick ass and our mascot is pretty darn cool too! (Black and Gold, Owl)
Dropped by Frau Smith's and finally let her know that I was the new German teacher at my school. She flipped but I got to sign up with her organization of German Teachers! The same one she used to be the president of. I'm so very proud of myself. Really.
The Bra for my car came with it's own nylon bag...that's pretty awesome! Trust me...if you've ever had a car bra like I did with Zod you'll know those things are a pain and the hooks get stuck on EVERYTHING.
Anyway...Those of you with bitchin computers: Go here, Get the F.E.A.R. Demo and see if your pc can take the goodness of the next Monolith game!! (Makers of Shogo and NOLF)

Paper Boys Need Love Too
